Terms of Use

This service is made available in order to undertake the above transactions against a property for which you are the current tenant.

It is not designed, nor does it allow for requesting a replacement item (e.g. new kitchen unit, new bath). Any replacements necessary will be determined by a qualified tradesperson when they attend to fix the repair you’ve reported through this service.

In accordance with the repairs policy we reserve the right to charge you for any repairs that, in the opinion of a qualified tradesperson, have not resulted from fair wear and tear and instead are deemed to have been caused by accidental or malicious damage. Repairs reported as a consequence of vandalism are expected to have been reported to the police and a crime reference number obtained.
